Except as set forth herein, direct or indirect reproduction of the Information, in whole or in part, by any means, is prohibited without the express written consent of Saugatuck.

Registered users of Saugatuck's Information as well as members of the press may selectively quote portions of the Information, as long as it is 1) used in its contextual entirety, and 2) is without modification.
