219RA On the Horizon: High Impact Technologies for 2010

Recent research by Saugatuck Technology has identified the technologies that business and IT executives believe will have the greatest impact on their companies by 2010. Leading the top five technology lists are Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services, followed by Voice over IP (VOIP), open source software and data center virtualization (See Figure 1).
